Freshen Up With: Graphic Prints
I love the fanned placemat set from West Elm. What's great is that the color combination would good with any dining table finish - wood, white, glossy blacks, you name it. You could also make a killer pillow out of the two. -Callie

Let's Get Crafty: Foam Board + Fabric
I wanted to incorporate color into my bookcases, while still keeping them baby friendly and easy to maintain (think no wallpaper or paint). After watching an episode on the Nate Berkus show on easy home updates, I was inspired. So, I cut out three pieces of foam board to slide into the back of each top shelf and covered them in a Pucci-like fabric by Amy Butler. The great thing is that you can easily change them out when you want to refresh the space. I love them! You could also paint them like she did on the crafty blog Recently. I love that look, too. -Callie

The Great Outdoors: Hello Fiddleleaf!
I love the fiddleleaf fig plant seen on The Marion House. The fiddle shaped, bright green foliage looks so nice next to a bright window in the home. Against an all white wall, it looks like a piece of art. -Callie
